One would be hard pressed to find a more enthusiastic advocate for the town of Nelson than Wayne Germaine.

Raised in Nelson, Wayne has been an active participant in this community since his youth, involved in sports, fundraisers and other community ventures.

Wayne has garnered a number of awards during his twenty four years as a Realtor©, many of which are related to his profession, including several ‘Kootenay Real Estate Board’ awards, while others have been in recognition of his generous community service. He has served two terms as President of the Nelson & District Chamber of Commerce and chaired both Nelson’s centennial and millennium celebrations in 1997 and 2000, respectively.

Wayne is respected by his peers, colleagues and, most of all, his clients. When not taking care of his business and his clients, Wayne can often be found at the baseball field, running along Nelson’s waterfront pathways, or out and about with his family.
